Application:

The application phase for the winter semester 2024/2025 starts on the 1st of May 2024 and ends on the 30th of June 2024.

We look forward to receiving applications from tandems who already know each other and apply together, but applications from students who want to apply alone – without a tandem partner – are also possible. In this case, we will try to find a suitable mentor or mentee for you. Accordingly, applications from students who would like to get involved as mentors are of course also very welcome. In all cases, please use the application documents stored on our website:

The six-month program 2024/2025 will take place from October 2024 to March 2025 and will run for six months. In the case of urgent, justified exceptions or emergencies and depending on the budgetary situation, it is possible to submit an application for a different period of time, earlier start or longer duration of the program.

The prerequisite for this is that the mentee and mentor apply together. In addition to the application forms provided, please explain in detail in a separate document why you are applying for earlier admission to the program, how the program could support you and why you are applying for exactly this different period.

Potential tandems are either invited to a video meeting or invited to the office of the University's Women's Representative to get to know each other.

Dates of the coaching workshops:

The coaching workshops will be held by Dr. Susanne Frölich-Steffen, a communication and presentation trainer (www.rede-schulung.de).

Participation fee:

Free of charge, as tandemPLUS is financed by study grants. In the winter semester 2014/2015, the program was also financially supported by the ZONTA Club Munich II.
